Brief: To create a free on-line listings and information service for the arts and entertainment in Cardiff.

Additional Info: Although the client had already welcomed the original design tender proposition as a potential concept for this site (provided by Imaginet), they also requested other concept submissions for consideration, one of which is featured here.

This example utilises a simple, unfussy approach, with a modern, typographic style that doesn’t detract from the information listed, thus aiming to maximise the impact of the content itself.

Despite the client’s decision to opt for the original tender proposition, this alternate design challenge allowed me to approach the initial design brief criteria from a different angle.
